Shipping Policy
At Moorside Homecrafts, I offer free UK shipping for orders over £50. For orders under £50, I charge a flat shipping rate of £3.50. I carefully package all my items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Moorside Homecrafts. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
I accept returns and exchanges for items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on my part. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact me and I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
